GENERAL INFORMATION
·You must register and arrange for
payment in full prior to entering your motel room. Advance deposit
required for all rentals especially late arrivals. Check out time is
10:00 AM ET and check in time is 2:00 PM ET. We stay fully occupied most of the
time (particularly Thursdays through Sundays), so there can be no early
check-ins or late check-outs without prior arrangements.
· We close at 9:00PM.. If you
will arriving after 9:00 PM your card will be pre-charged. We will
pre-assign your room which will be left unlocked and the key left in the
room. You are required to register the following morning as soon as
possible after the office has opened which is usually around 8:00AM.
· You may pay for your room with
either a VISA or Master Card. You may also pay for your room with Cash
or Travelers Check, but YOU ARE STILL REQUIRED TO HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON
FILE with the Motel. We do not accept personal checks. There will be
a $50.00 fee charged for any lost keys.
We rent only to adults 25
years of age or older. We do not rent to college students or spring
breakers.

Motorcycles: We do allow Motorcycles on the
premises BUT on a case by case basis. If it is a loud motorcycle expect
that it will not be allowed on the parking lot. Only one vehicle is
permitted on the lot per motel room rental.
· Any reservations made under false pretenses i.e. failing to advise
us about the total number of persons in your party including any
children or failing to advise us if you have a pet(s), or any
attempt to mislead or defraud the Owners will be subject to deposit forfeiture and
reservation cancellation.
· Reservations can be made up to six
months in advance. Reservations made more than 6 months in advance may
be subject to rate increases.
· Cancellation Policies: Reservations must be confirmed with a
credit card deposit. Your credit card account will be charged
immediately for the deposit. Your deposit will be applied or refunded as
follows: Cancellations will be accepted with a full refund if made 48
hours prior to your scheduled check-in. If less than 48 hours notice is
provided, the entire deposit is forfeited. Special
events or holiday reservations will require a minimum 7 day advanced
cancellation notice. If less than 7 days notice is provided, the entire
deposit is forfeited.

Refunds: No refunds will be given for
early departures or due to inclement weather especially for
weekend rentals. We will give special consideration when a
Mandatory Evacuation Order has been issued for a hurricane or other
event. Once an evacuation order has been issued you must vacate the
Motel within 2 hours.
· You are required to notify the office
if you are expecting visitors to your motel room. No visitors are
allowed on the premises after 9:00PM. No
Exceptions!. If we discover any unauthorized visitors
or undeclared occupants in your motel room, we will ask you to leave the
premises immediately and there will be no refunds. Our
visitor policy is designed to provide a safe and quiet atmosphere for
all of our guests. Unless you tell us otherwise, we assume that you are
not expecting guests and do not wish to have guests unless you tell us
in advance. Total overnight occupancy for any motel room
is limited to two adults. There is an additional charge
for children and you must advise us if children are with your party at
the time you make a reservation. Maximum occupancy is set by management
and consistent with the State Fire Marshal.
· Per our insurance requirements
Non-registered guests are not permitted to use the pool, outdoor deck,
or other motel amenities.
· We only have one smoking room.
All other rooms are Non-Smoking rooms. Smoking
in a non-smoking room will result in a $150.00 Clean Up Fee.
· You are expected to leave our rooms
clean before departing. Please take out the trash and wash any dishes
you use. Maid service is not available and a bill will be rendered
for excessive dirtiness.
· Damage to any motel room, or
lost/stolen items will be charged to you. You will be charged for damage
caused by pets, children, or negligence.
· The swimming pool is open from
9:00 AM to dusk. Availability of the pool is not guaranteed due to
circumstances beyond our control.
· Certain pet breeds and the number of
pets is restricted by management. All pets staying at the
Georgian must be pre-approved before arrival. (Click here for

· You may not clean fish or keep live
marine life in any room.
You are responsible for reading and abiding by all posted rules and
regulations while staying at the Georgian.
· We reserve the right to change rental
assignments without prior notice or liability in the event that a
particular motel room becomes unavailable. When comparable
accommodations are not available, the renter will have the option of
selecting from available motel rooms at the published rate or receiving
a complete refund. |
